Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery through your account at account.culians.com. Once your request is accepted, we will email you the return address and instructions.
How to Return
Sign in to your account using your email address and the six-digit code we send you. No password is required. Return requests are reviewed within one business day.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted or refunded. We will notify you by email and return the item to you.
Once your request is accepted:
- United States. We will provide a prepaid return label. A flat return fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund.
- United Kingdom, Europe and Canada. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Items sent without an accepted return request cannot be processed. You remain responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Refunds
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be inspected and processed after it arrives. We will email you once your refund has been approved.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@culians.com so we can resolve it.
Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available. To replace an item, request a return and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
European Union: Right of Withdrawal
Orders shipped to the European Union may be cancelled within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned unworn, with all tags attached, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
